Carefully read these Terms of Use and Terms of Condition, collectively with any amendments hereto referred to as “Terms and Conditions”. By using this Logic Link website (the “Site”, referred to herein as “us” or “we”) and/or placing an order for Logic Link’s product or services, you (“you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereto, and you agree that you are at least 18 years of age and eligible to use this site and/or place an order for Logic Link’s products and services.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Site, and is applicable to any products and services you order through Logic Link. By using the Site and/or placing an order through the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions may be changed in the future without further notice. Your continued use of the Site and any products or services fulfilled by Logic Link after changes to the Terms and Conditions, constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

To the extent of any express inconsistency with any other agreement you may have with Logic Link for products, services, or otherwise, that other agreement shall prevail unless explicitly stated therein. If these Terms and Conditions refer or relate to a clause that is not part of that other agreement, then these terms shall apply therein as well, if you are a user of the Site.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Site or order or use Logic Link’s products or services.

Refund policy

You understand that after the initial 14 day period expires, you will be billed a recurring fee every four weeks until you cancel.

You are aware that you have a 30 days no risk money back guarantee. Since you are receiving immediate digital access, either via downloadable or streamed content, you agree that 30 days is a reasonable time period to fully evaluate the program, and a request for refund must be made within the 30 day period after the initial purchase date. After the request is made, approved refund requests will be processed within 3 business days. Instead of a refund, if you prefer to exchange your purchase for another available item please contact our customer service department. You are limited to one product refund or exchange only. In the case that you cancel your subscription 30 days after your initial purchase date, you forfeit your right to a refund.

All subscriptions need to be canceled at least 5 business days prior to your monthly billing date to avoid future charges. We accept cancellations via email (support@foyhelp.com), over the telephone (844-767-0591), or the one-click self-cancel link inside the HelpDesk. Once the cancellation has been processed you will receive a cancellation confirmation that displays the exact date of your cancellation. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us at support@foyhelp.com to obtain one. The cancellation confirmation is your only valid receipt of cancellation. Even if you cancel the program, all core system materials, as well as any subscription materials paid for, are yours to keep.
